Cerakote
What is Cerakote?
Cerakote® is a proprietary range of ceramic-polymer coatings developed by NIC industries. Cerakote can be applied to a wide range of materials including plastics and metals. The coatings have become popular in the firearms industry because of their resistance to wear, oxidation, and pitting compared to other methods such as blueing or anodizing. There are several different series of coatings available depending on the needs of the application, such as high heat (air cure series) or HIR coatings
Lead Times
Lead times are estimated 2-4 weeks (Cerakote and Laser) once your project is received in the shop and the design is finalized. If there is a change in lead time you will be notified. Expedited projects will be billed out at an extra fee.

Cerakote
Handguns:
- Frame single color: $90
- Slide single color: $90
- Complete $200
- magazine, extended magazine well, small parts etc. a la carte $25 each
- lights $50
- Additional color $50 each. If you choose two colors and I can blend them for a third, there will be no charge for the third color.
- Disassembly fee $25
- Stencil fees $50 per hour
AR 15 and variants:
- Upper or lower single color: $90
- Handguard, barrel, buttstock single color: $50 each
- Complete (includes upper, lower, pins/controls, barrel, buttstock, handguard) $350
- magazine, attachments etc a la carte $25 each
- scope, optic, lights $50 each
- Additional color $50 each. If you choose two colors and I can blend them for a third, there will be no charge for the third color.
- Disassembly fee $50
- Stencil fees $50 per hour
Rifles and Shotguns:
- Stock: $200
- Rifled action and barrel single color: $200
- Complete (includes action, barrel, stock and controls) $400.
- magazine, attachments etc a la carte $25 each
- scope, optic, lights $50 each.
- Additional color $50 each. If you choose two colors and I can blend them for a third, there will be no charge for the third color.
- Disassembly fee $25
- Stencil fees $50 per hour
Finish Warranty
- The finish should never chip, crack, flake, or peel. A finish warranty for defective or failed coatings, the project will be recoated at no charge.
- Project will not be recoated if the finish fails through normal wear and tear or abuse.
